Collections are recorded by series code (e.g., LCS–001).

Entries (Pieces)

Entries inside a collection are recorded by piece code (e.g., CRY–TIQ, CRY–CL, CRY–RJA)

Edition / Numbering

Numbering is recorded as No. 07/24 (example). Number assignment is confirmed at acquisition.

Micro-variation (Owner uniqueness)

Each acquired piece carries a micro-variation unique to its owner, recorded on the certificate as a Variant code (e.g., PV–007).

The edition number and the variant code together form the piece’s identity.

Status language

  • Issued — released and recorded
  • Reserved — assigned, awaiting completion
  • Archived — no longer issued
  • Unissued — recorded entry, not yet released
