Archive Entry 002 — Layered Reality

Reality is not single.

It arrives in layers:
space, memory, signal, trace.

The physical is only one register.
So is the digital.
So is the social.

A piece should behave the same way.

Not as decoration.
As a small instrument of attention—
weight, reflection, translucency, interruption.

The archive exists to hold these layers.
To keep meaning from dissolving into content.

This is why language stays sparse.
It leaves room for what cannot be explained—
only encountered.
